Matt became a realtor in May 2005 because of his passion for homes. He believes that owning a home is the most valuable asset that someone should have. He has seen the Fredericksburg area housing market change drastically while being a part of the community. He was a part of the Century 21 Adventure real estate team through the housing boom. Unlike most realtors, Matt has continued to work in the housing market through the current economic crisis. He believes that now is the best time to purchase a home. With the current housing credits available, he feels that it is now possible for people to make this dream become a reality.
Matt enjoys building relationships with every customer he meets. He has a passion for helping people satisfy their real estate needs. Matt believes that every client and customer should be given a professional level of attention to detail when buying or selling a home. Matt has lived in the Fredericksburg, VA area for over 20 years. He is a graduate from Spotsylvania High School. He is currently studying to get his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. Matt has also worked in the banking industry for over 3 years while pursuing his career in real estate. He has dealt with home mortgages as well as working as a financial sales consultant. Matt currently owns a home and resides in Fredericksburg, VA.
